BDA seeks to be the platform for Developers to take up issues primarily related to Re-Development projects in Mumbai – whether it is redevelopment of Slums, MHADA colonies, Tenanted buildings or private Societies. • To explain to its members the different regulations and pursue clarifications from the Approving Authorities/ State / Central Government in cases of ambiguities.
